Good Morning Sir,
Sir i am going to appear for STI exam this 26th, but my mathematics section from the syllabus is not yet done also some other sections are partially touched. So should i appear for the exam or not because i am not known with the number of attempts allotted for a SC candidate.
Kindly guide me for the number of attempts and all.
Thanking you,
Pratibha
@Pratibha, no limit attempts for MPSC. You should be the final person to take the decision about whether to take up the exam this year or not. If not prepared well then no point at making an attempt, right? If you are not doing a job then devote 15 hours everyday for next 18 days and complete the pending subjects/topics and try 2012 exam. 🙂
Good Afternoon Sir,
Thank You for your precious guidance.Sir i wanted to know the age limit for SC is it 35 or 38 ?
Kindly let me know the same.
Pratibha
@Pratibha, for Rajyaseva/STI/Asst it is 38 yrs and for PSI 31yrs.
Good Morning Sir,
I went through all your blogs & thank you sir, for the great guidance u provide through it.Sir i have one question still unanswered , Sir a individual is expected to have some skills to excell in his particular profession, like an s/w engineer needs to have analytical & logical mind, an interior desiner needs to have creative kind of mind. So sir which skills are needed for an candidate to aspire for Deputy Collector, and is this so that if the candidate lacks them , can he by practice or by any other means DEVELOPE THAT SKILLS EVENTUALLY .
Or is it so that a candidate is trained to acquire those skills when he is put into his Probation period after getting selected for the post.
Eagerly waiting for your reply…
Thanks & Regards,
Pratibha
@Pratibha, as you can see, MPSC has changed the exam pattern. This is done to level the advantages/disadvantages of earlier pattern. Now, every aspirant gets equal opportunity. Nothing is inclined towards anybody. DC post needs administrative as well as analytical skills and much more. This is being done through the training as well as On Job Training during probation period.
Respected Sir,
This is Pratibha. Sir i am a MCA qualified candidate currently working as Asst. Professor in pune. Sir first of all thanks for being there as a guider for all our queries, as i did had many queries but no one for their answers. Moreover sir i want to know whether calculator is permitted or not for engineering papers in main examination. Thanking you
@Aditya, Use of log table, Non-Programmable calculator is permitted, but any other Table/Code/Reference book are not permitted. My suggestion goes with Public Admin and History/Home Science/Geography/Sociology. Our PGP doesnt need you you to attend any classes. Please read these links: Miracle 2012
