सक्सेस स्निपेट#30: काय करावे, केव्हा करावे?
तुमच्या अभ्यासातील सर्वोच्च कामगिरीसाठी हे वेळापत्रक आहे:
क्विक रिविजन व अभ्यास: सकाळी 7 ते दुपारी 1 वाजता (तुमची सतर्कता खूप जास्त असते.)
दुपारचे जेवण: दुपारी 1 ते 1:30 वाजता (30 मिनिटे- वामकुक्षी)
सराव परीक्षा (मॉक टेस्ट): दुपारी 2 ते 4 या वेळेत (तुमची दीर्घकालीन स्मृती खूप चांगली असते.)
शारीरिक व्यायाम: संध्याकाळी 5 ते 6 वाजता (तुमच्या शारीरिक सामर्थ्याची नूतनीकरणासाठी सर्वोत्तम वेळ.)
रात्रीचे जेवण: संध्याकाळी 6 ते 6:30 वाजता
रिविजन: रात्री 8 ते 11.30 वाजता
झोप: रात्री 12 ते सकाळी 6 या वेळेत (तुमची सतर्कता खूपच कमकुवत असते.)

Quick Decision & Study: 7am to 1pm (Your alertness is very high.)
Lunch: 1pm to 1:30pm (30 mins nap)
Mock Tests: 2pm to 4pm (Your long-term memory is very good.)
Physical Exercise: 5pm to 6pm (Best time to renew your physical strength.)
Dinner: 6pm to 6:30pm
Revision: 8pm to 11:30 pm
Sleep: 12am to 6am (your alertness is very weak.)
