सक्सेस-स्निपेट#56 :: आपल्या आरोग्याची काळजी घ्या:
जेव्हा तुम्ही एमपीएससी/यूपीएससीच्या परीक्षांच्या तयारीमध्ये व्यस्त असता तेव्हा आपल्या आरोग्याची काळजी घेणे अत्यंत महत्वाचे आहे. काही काळ त्यासाठी हे करा:
● 15-20 मिनिटे शांत राहा.
● निसर्गासोबत रहा – सूर्योदय किंवा सूर्यास्त पहा.
● पक्ष्यांची किलबिलाट ऐका.
● वाहणारी नदी पहा.
● नियमित व्यायाम करा
● काही काळ स्तब्ध रहा.

While you are busy with the preparation for MPSC/UPSC exams, it is of utmost importance to care for your health. Devote some time to:
● be silent for 15-20 mins.
● be with nature – watch sunrise or sunset.
● watch birds chirping.
● watch river flowing.
● exercise regularly.
● be still.
