Always be in good health. Do the following:
● laugh a lot everyday.
● be stress-free…always.
● exercise regularly, brisk walking…NO running.
● watch comedy, fun-filled movies
● sleep 6 to 8 hours, every night.

नेहमी चांगले आरोग्य ठेवा, निरोगी रहा. त्यासाठी खालील गोष्टी करा:
● रोज भरपूर हसा.
● नेहमी तणावमुक्त रहा.
● नियमित व्यायाम करा, वेगाने चला … धावू नका.
● विनोदी, मजेदार चित्रपट पहा.
● प्रत्येक रात्री 6 ते 8 तास झोप घ्या.
