1. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी 16 जून रोजी विवा टेकच्या पाचव्या वार्षिक कार्यक्रमात बीजभाषण करणार:

– पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी 16 जून 2021 रोजी संध्याकाळी 4 वाजता विवा टेकच्या पाचव्या आवृत्तीत बीज भाषण करतील. विवा टेक 2021 येथे बीज भाषण करण्यासाठी पंतप्रधानांना मानद अतिथी म्हणून आमंत्रित केले गेले आहे.

– कार्यक्रमातील इतर प्रमुख वक्त्यांमध्ये फ्रान्सचे अध्यक्ष  इमॅन्युएल मॅक्रॉन, स्पेनचे पंतप्रधान  पेद्रो सान्चेझ आणि युरोपियन देशांचे मंत्री / खासदार यांचा समावेश आहे. अॅपलचे सीईओ  टीम कूक,.फेसबुकचे अध्यक्ष आणि सीईओ मार्क झुकरबर्ग आणि मायक्रोसॉफ्टचे अध्यक्ष ब्रॅड स्मिथ आदींसह कॉर्पोरेट नेत्यांचा या कार्यक्रमात सहभाग असेल.

– विवा टेक हा युरोपमधील सर्वात मोठा डिजिटल आणि स्टार्टअप कार्यक्रमांपैकी एक आहे, जो 2016 पासून दरवर्षी  पॅरिसमध्ये होतो. एक प्रसिद्ध फ्रेंच मीडिया समूह – प्रसिद्ध जाहिरात आणि विपणन समूह आणि लेस इकोस हा फ्रेंच माध्यम समूह संयुक्तपणे याचे आयोजन करतात.  ते  तंत्रज्ञान नवसंशोधन आणि स्टार्टअप परिसंस्थेतील हित धारकांना एकत्र आणतात  आणि त्यात प्रदर्शन, पुरस्कार, पॅनेल चर्चा आणि स्टार्टअप स्पर्धा यांचा समावेश असतो. विवा टेकचा पाचवा वार्षिक कार्यक्रम 16-19 जून 2021 दरम्यान होणार आहे.

PM to deliver Keynote address at the 5th edition of VivaTech on 16th June:

– Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will deliver the keynote address at the 5th edition of VivaTech on 16th June 2021 at around 4 PM. The Prime Minister has been invited as a Guest of Honour to deliver the keynote address at VivaTech 2021.

– Other prominent speakers in the event include Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of France, Mr. Pedro Sánchez, Prime Minister of Spain and Ministers/MPs from various European countries. The event will also witness participation of corporate leaders like Mr. Tim Cook, CEO, Apple, Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, Chairman and CEO, Facebook and Mr. Brad Smith, President, Microsoft among others.

– VivaTech is one of the largest digital and startup events in Europe, held in Paris every year since 2016. It is jointly organized by Publicis Groupe – a prominent advertising and marketing conglomerate and Les Echos – a leading French media group. It brings together stakeholders in technology innovation and the startup ecosystem and includes exhibitions, awards, panel discussions and startup contests. The 5th edition of VivaTech is scheduled to be held between 16-19 June 2021.

2. एफएओ परिषदेचे 42वे सत्रः

– भारत एफएओचा संस्थापक सदस्य आहे आणि सुरुवातीपासूनच अध्यक्ष आणि विविध वैधानिक संस्था आणि समित्यांचे सदस्य म्हणून महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका बजावत आहे.

– अन्न व कृषी संघटनेने 16 ऑक्टोबर 2020 रोजी मानवतेची 75 वर्षे गौरवशाली सेवा पूर्ण केली.

– भारत आणि एफएओ यांच्यातील दीर्घकालीन संबंध लक्षात ठेवण्यासाठी, पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी एक पंचाहत्तर रुपयांचा एक विशेष नाणे जाहीर केले, ज्यामध्ये कृषी उत्पादन आणि पोषण या विषयांना योग्य उद्देशाने जोडले गेले आहे – “सही पोषण देश रोशन” म्हणजे “पोषण योग्य असल्यास देश चमकेल”.

– भारत एफएओबरोबर जवळून कार्य करत आहे, प्रामुख्याने फॉल आर्मी अळी आणि वाळवंटातील टोळ या रोगांच्या बाबतीत तांत्रिक कौशल्य आणि सहाय्य वाढवित आहे.

– एफएओने २०१६ मध्ये साजरी करण्यात आलेल्या आंतरराष्ट्रीय ‘डाळीच्या आंतरराष्ट्रीय वर्षा’च्या आणि २०२३ ला ‘मिलेट्सचे आंतरराष्ट्रीय वर्ष’ म्हणून जाहीर करण्याच्या भारतीय प्रस्तावाचे समर्थन केले.

42nd session of FAO Conference:

– India is a founder member of the FAO and has played significant role since inception as Chair and member of various statutory bodies and committees.

– Food and Agriculture Organization completed 75 glorious years of service to humanity on 16th Oct 2020.

– To commemorate the long standing relationship between India and the FAO, the Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi ji had released a special seventy five rupees commemorative coin which aptly combines the themes of agricultural production and nutrition in its motto – “सही पोषण देश रोशन’’ meaning “a country will shine if the nutrition is correct”.

– India has been working closely with FAO, extending technical expertise and assistance in incidences of trans-boundary pests mainly Fall Army Worm and Desert Locust.

– FAO endorsed the Indian proposal for an International Year of Pulses which was celebrated in 2016 and for declaring 2023 as the International Year of Millets.

3. भारताचा विदेश व्यापार: मे 2021:

एप्रिल ते मे २०२१ या कालावधीत भारताची एकूण निर्यात (व्यापारी आणि सेवा एकत्रित) 98.29अब्ज डॉलर्स इतकी होती, जी गेल्या वर्षी याच कालावधीच्या तुलनेत 56.94 टक्क्यांनी वाढ झाली आहे. एप्रिल ते मे2021 या कालावधीत एकूण आयात 104.14अब्ज डॉलर्स इतकी झाली असून गेल्या वर्षीच्या याच कालावधीच्या तुलनेत ती 77.82 टक्क्यांनी वाढली आहे.

India’s Foreign Trade: May 2021:

India’s overall exports (Merchandise and Services combined) in April-May2021* are estimated to be USD 98.29Billion, exhibiting a positive growth of 56.94per cent over the same period last year. Overall imports in April-May2021* are estimated to be USD 104.14Billion, exhibiting a positive growth of 77.82per cent over the same period last year.

4. उद्यापासून – 16 जूनपासून सोन्याचे दागिने अनिवार्य हॉलमार्किंग लागू होईल:

– दागिन्यांचा / वस्तूंचा हॉलमार्किंग सोन्याच्या जेव्हलरी आणि ग्राहकांच्या समाधानाची विश्वासार्हता वाढवणे आवश्यक आहे तृतीय पक्षाच्या हमीद्वारे, सोन्याच्या सुरक्षिततेसाठी / ग्राहकांच्या संरक्षणाबद्दल. हे पाऊल भारताला जगातील अग्रगण्य सोन्याचे बाजाराचे केंद्र म्हणून विकसित करण्यासही मदत करेल.

– हॉलमार्किंग ग्राहक / ज्वेलरी खरेदीदारांना योग्य निवड करण्यास सक्षम करेल आणि सोने खरेदी करताना कोणत्याही अनावश्यक गोंधळापासून वाचवेल. सध्या भारतीय सोन्याच्या दागिन्यांपैकी केवळ 30% हॉलमार्क आहेत.

Mandatory Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery comes into force from tomorrow – 16th June:

– The Hallmarking of jewellery/artefacts is required to enhance the credibility of gold Jewellry and Customer satisfaction through third party assurance for the marked purity/fineness of gold , consumer protection. This step will also help to develop India as a leading gold market center in the World.

– Hallmarking will enable Consumers/Jewellery buyers to make a right choice and save them from any unnecessary confusion while buying gold. At present, only 30% of Indian Gold Jewellery is hallmarked.

5. खडबडीत धान्यांची शेती व वितरण:

ज्वारी (संकरित), ज्वार (मालदंडी), बाजरी, रागी, मका आणि बार्ली – किमान आधारभूत किंमतीत (एमएसपी) अंतर्भूत मुख्य खडबडीत धान्य पिक. सर्व बाजरी, मका आणि बार्ली खडबडी धान्य म्हणून ओळखल्या जातात. भारतात, केएमएस २०२०-२१ दरम्यान एकूण 3,04,914 शेतकऱ्यांना लाभ मिळाला आहे. सन २०२०-२१ मध्ये एकूण 1162886 (11.62 LMT) ) खडबडी धान्य खरेदी केली गेली आहे.

Farming and distribution of coarse grains:

The major coarse grains crop covered under Minimum Support Price (MSP) are Jowar (Hybrid), Jowar (Maldandi), Bajra, Ragi, Maize and Barley. All millets, Maize and Barely are known as Coarse grains.In India, total 3,04,914 farmers have been benefitted during KMS 2020-21. Total of 1162886 (11.62 LMT) coarse grains have been procured during year 2020-21.

6. भाताच्या कोंड्यापासून तयार केलेले अधिक पोषक राईस ब्रान तेल:

Fortified Rice Bran Oil to Boost Healthy Living:
