1. सुगम्य भारत अ‍ॅप:
   सामाजिक न्याय व अधिकारिता मंत्रालयाच्या अंतर्गत अपंग व्यक्तींच्या सशक्तीकरण विभागाने (डीईपीडब्ल्यूडी) हे अ‍ॅप विकसित केले आहे.

सुगम्य भारत अ‍ॅप – एक क्राऊडसोर्सिंग मोबाईल प्लिकेशन म्हणजे एक्सेसीबल इंडिया मोहिमेच्या 3 स्तंभांमध्ये म्हणजेच बांधकाम, पर्यावरण आणि परिवहन क्षेत्रातील आयसीटी पर्यावरणातील तंत्रज्ञान संवेदनशीलता आणि सुलभता वाढविण्याचे साधन. अ‍ॅपमध्ये पाच मुख्य वैशिष्ट्ये उपलब्ध आहेत, त्यापैकी 4 थेट सुलभता वाढविण्याशी संबंधित आहेत, तर पाचवा एक खास वैशिष्ट्य आहे जे फक्त दिव्यांगजनांसाठी कोविडशी संबंधित समस्यांसाठी आहे. सुलभतेशी संबंधित वैशिष्ट्ये अशीः सुगम्य भारत अभियानाच्या ३ विस्तृत स्तंभांमधील दुर्गमपणाच्या तक्रारींची नोंद; जन-भागिधारी म्हणून लोकांनी सामायिकरण करण्याच्या उदाहरणे आणि अनुकरण करण्याच्या उत्कृष्ट पद्धतींचा सकारात्मक अभिप्राय; विभागीय अद्यतने; आणि मार्गदर्शकतत्त्वे आणि सुलभतेशी संबंधित परिपत्रके.

Sugamya Bharat App:
The App and the handbook have been developed by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

Sugamya Bharat APP — a Crowdsourcing Mobile Application is a means for sensitising and enhancing accessibility in the 3 pillars of the Accessible India Campaign i.e. built environment, transportation sector and ICT ecosystem in India. The app provides for five main features, 4 of which are directly related to enhancing accessibility, while the fifth is a special feature meant only for Divyangjan for COVID related issues. The accessibility related features are: the registration of complaints of inaccessibility across the 3 broad pillars of the Sugamya Bharat Abhiyaan; positive feedback of examples and best practices worth emulating being shared by people as jan-bhagidhari; Departmental updates; and guidelines and circulars related to accessibility.

2. मुर्शिदाबाद येथे राष्ट्रीय संस्कृती महोत्सव -2021 समारोप:
   राष्ट्रीय संस्कृती महोत्सव -2021 च्या तिसर्‍या आणि अंतिम आवृत्तीचा रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांनी समारोप झाला. 27-28 फेब्रुवारी 2021 या कालावधीत पश्चिम बंगालच्या मुर्शिदाबाद येथे भारत सरकारच्या सांस्कृतिक मंत्रालयामार्फत दोन दिवसीय महोत्सव आयोजित करण्यात आला होता.

राष्ट्रीय संस्कृती महोत्सव हा सांस्कृतिक मंत्रालयाचा प्रमुख महोत्सव 2015 पासून आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे, ज्यामध्ये सात विभागीय संस्कृती केंद्रांच्या सक्रिय सहभागाने सभागृह आणि गॅलरीपुरते मर्यादीत न राहता भारतातील दोलायमान संस्कृती जनतेपर्यंत पोचवण्यासाठी महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका बजावली जात आहे.

ह्या महोत्सवाने, “एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत” या धेय्यासाठी, एका राज्यातील लोक आणि आदिवासींच्या कला, संस्कृती, नृत्य, संगीत, खाद्यप्रकार आणि संस्कृती यांचे प्रदर्शन इतर राज्यांमध्ये करण्याची महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका बजावली आहे आणि त्यासोबतच कलाकारांना आणि कारागीरांना एक प्रभावी व्यासपीठ उपलब्ध करून त्यांच्या उपजीविकेसाठी सहाय्य देण्याचे महत्त्वपूर्ण काम केले.

पूर्वीचे राष्ट्रीय संस्कृतिक महोत्सव नोव्हेंबर 2015 पासून आतापर्यंत दिल्ली, वाराणसी, बेंगलुरू, तवांग, गुजरात, कर्नाटक, टिहरी आणि मध्य प्रदेश यासारख्या विविध राज्ये आणि शहरांमध्ये आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे.

Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav-2021 at Murshidabad concludes:
The third and final edition of the Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav-2021 concluded with colourful cultural programmes. The two day Mahotsav was organised by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India from 27th – 28th February 2021 at Murshidabad, West Bengal.

Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav, the flagship festival of Culture Ministry has been organized since 2015 with the active participation of Seven Zonal Culture Centres and has been playing a pivotal role to take the vibrant culture of India out to the masses instead of confining to auditoria and galleries. It has been instrumental in showcasing, folk and tribal art, dance, music, cuisines & culture of one state in other states reinforcing the cherished goal of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” and at the same time providing an effective platform to the artists and artisans to support their livelihood. Earlier RashtriyaSanskritikMahotsavshave been held till date since November, 2015 in various states and cities such as Delhi, Varanasi, Bengaluru, Tawang, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tehri and Madhya Pradesh.

3. एसएस 2021 निर्देशक- सांडपाणी प्रक्रिया आणि मलमचिकित्सासह पुन्हा वापरासाठी संबंधित मापदंडांवर लक्ष:
   मोठ्या संख्येने नागरिकांच्या सहभागास प्रोत्साहन देताना शहरींना स्वच्छतेची स्थिती सुधारण्यासाठी शहरांना प्रोत्साहित करण्यासाठी स्पर्धात्मक चौकट म्हणून गृहनिर्माण व गृहनिर्माण मंत्रालयाने (एमओएचयूए) एसएसची स्थापना 2016 मध्ये केली होती.

एसएस 2021 निर्देशक सांडपाणी प्रक्रिया आणि मलमचिकित्सासह पुन्हा वापरासाठी संबंधित मापदंडांवर लक्ष केंद्रित करतात. तसेच, लेवेसीट कचरा व्यवस्थापन आणि भू-विल्हेवाटपावरील उपाययोजना या महत्त्वपूर्ण बाबीसुद्धा सर्व्हेक्षणच्या या आवृत्तीत चर्चेत आणल्या आहेत.

एसएस 2021 ने यापूर्वीच ‘व्हॉट फॉर योर सिटी अॅप’, ‘स्वच्छता अॅप’ आणि ‘स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण पोर्टल’ यासारख्या विविध व्यासपीठावर 3 कोटी नागरिकांचा अभिप्राय मिळविला आहे.

मंत्रालयाने पुढे जाहीर केले की यावर्षी शहरे व राज्ये सोबतच जिल्हा दर्जाचे सुद्धा रँकिंग केले जाईल (त्यांच्या शहरांच्या कामगिरीच्या आधारे).

2014 मध्ये सुरू झाल्यापासून स्वच्छ भारत मिशन-अर्बन (एसबीएम-यू) स्वच्छता व घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन या दोन्ही क्षेत्रात महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रगती केली आहे. एसबीएम-यूचा दुसरा टप्पा 5 वर्षांच्या कालावधीसाठी (२०२१-२6) अलीकडेच २०२१ च्या केंद्रीय अर्थसंकल्पात जाहीर करण्यात आला आहे. मिशनच्या पुढील टप्प्यात मल-गाळ आणि सांडपाणी व्यवस्थापनासह शाश्वत स्वच्छतेच्या बाबींवर मोठ्या प्रमाणात लक्ष केंद्रित केले जाईल, समग्र घनकचरा व्यवस्थापनासह, एकल-वापर प्लास्टिक (एसयूपी) वापर कमी करणे आणि बांधकाम व विध्वंस कचरा प्रभावीपणे व्यवस्थापनाद्वारे वायू प्रदूषण कमी करणे आणि वारसा डंपसाइट्सच्या उपाययोजनाद्वारे जमिनीतील प्रदूषण कमी करण्यावर भर देण्यात आला आहे.

SS 2021 indicators focus on parameters pertaining to wastewater treatment and reuse along with faecal sludge:
SS was introduced by Ministry of Housing and Housing Affairs (MoHUA) in 2016 as a competitive framework to encourage cities to improve the status of urban sanitation while encouraging large scale citizen participation.

The SS 2021 indicators focus on parameters pertaining to wastewater treatment and reuse along with faecal sludge. Similarly, the crucial issues of legacy waste management and remediation of landfills have also been brought to the fore in this edition of Survekshan.

The SS 2021 has already garnered over 3 crore citizen feedback through a variety of platforms such as the Vote for Your City App, Swachhata App and Swachh Survekshan portal, amongst others.

The Ministry further announced that apart from ranking cities and States, this year, SS would also be ranking districts (basis the performance of their cities.

Since its launch in 2014, Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban (SBM-U) has made significant progress in the area of both sanitation and solid waste management. The second phase of SBM-U for a period of 5 years (2021-26) has recently been announced in the union budget of 2021. The next phase of the Mission will focus extensively on aspects of sustainable sanitation including faecal sludge and wastewater management, along with holistic solid waste management with a focus on curbing and ultimately eliminating the use of single-use plastic (SUP), reducing air pollution through effective management of construction & demolition waste, and reducing soil pollution through remediation of legacy dumpsites.
