1. जागतिक नारळ दिवस:

– आज आंतरराष्ट्रीय नारळ समुदायाच्या स्थापना दिनाचे औचित्य साधत जगभर साजऱ्या केल्या जाणाऱ्या जागतिक नारळ दिन.

– नारळाचे उत्पादन आणि उत्पादकता या क्षेत्रात भारत जगात  तिसऱ्या स्थानी आहे,

– 23 व्या जागतिक नारळ दिवसाची संकल्पना “कोविडच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर एक सुरक्षित, एकात्मिक लवचिक आणि शाश्वत अशा नारळ उत्पादकांचा समुदाय निर्माण करणे” अशी आहे.

World Coconut Day:

– World Coconut Day to commemorate the foundation day of the International Coconut Community (ICC), an intergovernmental organization of coconut producing countries under the aegis of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP).

– India is at the fore in production and productivity and ranks third in the world.

– The theme for the 23rd World Coconut Day celebrations this year is “Building a safe, inclusive resilient and sustainable coconut community amid Covid-19 pandemic and beyond”.

2. लडाख जर्दाळूची पहिली खेप दुबईला निर्यात झाली:

– लडाखमधून कृषी आणि अन्न उत्पादनांच्या निर्यातीला चालना देण्याच्या दृष्टीने, लडाखच्या केंद्रशासित प्रदेशाच्या (यूटी) प्रदेशातून जर्दाळूची पहिली व्यावसायिक माल दुबईला निर्यात करण्यात आली आहे.

– लडाख जर्दाळूमध्ये उच्च साखरेची सामग्री आणि एकूण विरघळणारे घन पदार्थ असलेले एक अद्वितीय सुखदायक चव आणि पोत आहे. लडाखच्या केंद्रशासित प्रदेशात जर्दाळूच्या अनेक जाती तयार होतात त्यापैकी चार ते पाच जाती व्यावसायिक लागवडीसाठी घेतल्या जातात आणि या वाणांसाठी निर्यात संधी अस्तित्वात आहेत.

First consignment of Ladakh Apricot exported to Dubai:

– In a move which could boost agricultural and food products exports from Ladakh, first commercial shipment of Apricot sourced from region of Union Territory (UT) of Ladakh has been exported to Dubai.

– Ladakh Apricots have a unique soothing taste and texture with high sugar contents and total soluble solids. UT of Ladakh produces several varieties of Apricots out of which four to five varieties are taken up for commercial cultivation and export opportunities exist for these varieties.

3. मिशन सागर – आयएनएस सावित्री चितगाव येथे आगमन:

– – भारतीय नौदलाचे ऑफशोअर पेट्रोलिंग जहाज आयएनएस सावित्री 02 सप्टेंबर 2021 रोजी दोन 960 एलपीएम (लिटर प्रति मिनिट) वैद्यकीय ऑक्सिजन प्लांट्स (एमओपी) घेऊन बांगलादेशच्या चॅटोग्राम बंदर येथे पोचले,  बांगलादेश लष्करी आणि सरकारी यंत्रणांच्या, त्यांच्या देशात कोविड महामारीशी चार हात करण्याच्या चालू असलेल्या प्रयत्नांना पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी हे करण्यात आले.

MISSION SAGAR – INS SAVITRI ARRIVES AT CHITTAGONG: – Indian Navy’s Offshore Patrol Vessel INS Savitri arrived Chattogram harbour, Bangladesh on 02 September 2021 carrying two 960 LPM (Litres Per Minute) Medical Oxygen Plants (MOP) to support the ongoing efforts of the Bangladesh military and government agencies in combating the ongoing wave of the Covid pandemic in their country.
