1. संसद टीव्हीचे उद्घाटन:

– उपराष्ट्रपती आणि  राज्यसभा अध्यक्ष एम वेंकैया नायडू, पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी आणि लोकसभा सभापती ओम बिर्ला यांच्या हस्ते आज संयुक्तरित्या, आंतरराष्ट्रीय लोकशाही दिनाचे औचित्य साधत संसद टीव्हीचा शुभारंभ करण्यात आला.

– ज्यावेळी संसदेचे अधिवेशन सुरु असते, त्यावेळी विविध विषयांवर वादविवाद, चर्चा सुरु असतात, त्यातून युवा वर्गाला बरेच काही शिकण्यासारखे असते. तसेच, ज्यावेळी सगळा देश आपल्याकडे बघतो आहे, यांची जाणीव खासदारांना होते, त्यावेळी त्यांना देखील, उत्तम वागणूक ठेवण्याची, चर्चेत अभ्यासपूर्ण मते मांडण्याची प्रेरणा मिळते.

– नागरिकांच्या कर्तव्यावर भर देण्याची गरज आहे, असे सांगत, ही जनजागृती करण्यासाठी प्रसारमाध्यम अत्यंत प्रभावी ठरेल.

– या कार्यक्रमांमधून आपल्या युवा वर्गाला, आपल्या लोकशाही संस्था, त्यांची कार्यपद्धत आणि नागरिक म्हणून असलेल्या कर्तव्याविषयी जाणून घेता येईल. त्याचप्रमाणे, आपले संसदीय कामकाज, विधिमंडळांचे कामांचे स्वरुप, जाणून घेतल्यास, भारतीय लोकशाही मूळापासून समजून घेता येईल.

Launch of Sansad TV:

– Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla jointly launched Sansad TV today on the occasion of International Day of Democracy.

– when the Parliament is in session, debates are held on diverse subjects, so there is so much for the youth to learn. Members of Parliament also get inspiration for better conduct, better debate inside the Parliament when the country watches them.

– the need to focus on duties of the citizens and said that the media is an effective medium for this awareness.

– from these programs, our youth will get to learn a lot about our democratic institutions, their functioning as well as civic duties. Similarly, there will be a lot of information about working committees, importance of legislative work, and working of legislatures which will help in understanding the democracy of India in depth.

2. आपत्तींचा धोका कमी करणे आणि व्यवस्थापन विषयक, भारत आणि इटली यांच्यात झालेल्या सामंजस्य कराराला केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाची मंजूरी:

करारचे लाभः

– आपत्तींचा धोका कमी करणे आणि व्यवस्थापन विषयक सहकार्याबाबत झालेल्या या करारावर, भारतातर्फे, एनडीएमए आणि इटलीतर्फे, नागरी संरक्षण विभागाच्या प्रतिनिधींनी स्वाक्षऱ्या केल्या.

– या सामंजस्य करारामुळे, एक अशी प्रणाली विकसित केली जाईल, ज्यामुळे भारत आणि इटली या दोन्ही देशांना नैसर्गिक आपत्ती व्यवस्थापनात मदत मिळू शकेल. आपत्तींचा धोका असलेल्या भागात बचावाची तयारी, प्रतिसाद आणि क्षमता बांधणी यामुळे दोन्ही देशांना त्याचा लाभ मिळेल.

– या दोन्ही संस्थांदरम्यान, जून 2021 मध्ये सामंजस्य करार करण्यात आला होता

Cabinet approves Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Italian Republic on Cooperation in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management:

Benefits:

– The MoU on Cooperation in the Field of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management which was signed between the NDMA of the Republic of India and the Department of Civil Protection of the Presidency of the Council Ministers of the Italian Republic.

– The MoU seeks to put in place a system, whereby both India and Italy will benefit from the Disaster Management mechanisms of each other and it will help in strengthening the areas of preparedness, response and capacity building in the field of Disaster Management. – The MoU on cooperation in the Field of Disaster Risk Reduction and management between the NDMA of the Republic of India and the Department of Civil Protection of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic was signed in June 2021.
