1. गुंतवणूकदार आणि उद्योजकांसाठी राष्ट्रीय एक खिडकी प्रणालीचा प्रारंभ:

– राष्ट्रीय एक खिडकी प्रणाली ही मान्यता आणि नोंदणीसाठी ,सरकारी कार्यालयातील प्रचलित प्रक्रियेपासून संबंधितांची  सुटका करेल.

– या खिडकी प्रणालीमुळे या क्षेत्रात  पारदर्शकता, उत्तरदायित्व आणि जबाबदारी येईल. आपली मान्यता जाणून घ्या (नो युवर अॅप्रुवल) सुविधा, सामान्य नोंदणी आणि राज्य नोंदणी अर्ज, दस्तऐवज भांडार आणि ई-संपर्क यासह सर्व माहिती एकाच डॅशबोर्ड सेवांवर उपलब्ध असेल. राष्ट्रीय एकखिडकी प्रणाली ही मेक इन इंडिया, स्टार्टअप इंडिया, पीएलआय योजना इ. अन्य योजनांना बळकटी देईल

– राष्ट्रीय एकल खिडकी प्रणाली जुलै 2021 मध्ये सुरू करण्यात आली. या प्रणालीची रचना उद्योजक आणि गुंतवणूकदारांच्या गरजा केंद्रस्थानी ठेवून करण्यात आली आहे.

राष्ट्रीय एकल खिडकी प्रणाली खालील ऑनलाइन सेवा पुरवते:

– ‘नो युवर अप्रूव्हल  (KYA) सेवा : ही उपयुक्त माहिती देणारी जादुई सेवा आहे जी कोणताही व्यवसाय सुरू करण्यासाठी आवश्यक मंजुरींची सूची तयार करते. ही सेवा 21.07.2021 रोजी 32 केंद्रीय विभागांमध्ये 500 हून अधिक मंजुऱ्या आणि 14 राज्यांमध्ये 2000 हून अधिक मंजुऱ्यांसह सुरू करण्यात आली. ही सेवा केवळ मार्गदर्शनासाठी आहे आणि कोणताही  कायदेशीर सल्ला देत नाही.

– सामान्य नोंदणी अर्ज : मंत्रालय आणि राज्यांमध्ये माहिती आणि कागदपत्रे एकाच ठिकाणी सादर करणे सुनिश्चित करणे.

– राज्य नोंदणी अर्ज : गुंतवणूकदारांना संबंधित राज्य एकल खिडकी प्रणालीमध्ये वेगवान सिंगल क्लिक ऍक्सेस प्रदान करते.

– अर्जदार डॅशबोर्ड : अर्ज करण्यासाठी, मागोवा घेण्यासाठी आणि शंका निरसन करण्यासाठी एक ऑनलाइन इंटरफेस पुरवतो.

– डॉक्युमेंट रिपॉजिटरी : गुंतवणूकदारांना एकदाच कागदपत्रे सादर करणे आणि अनेक मंजुऱ्या मिळवण्यासाठी ती वापरण्यासाठी एक ऑनलाइन केंद्रीकृत स्टोरेज सेवा पुरवते.

– ई-कम्युनिकेशन मॉड्यूल : मंत्रालय आणि राज्यांकडून अर्जांशी संबंधित प्रश्न आणि स्पष्टीकरण विनंत्यांना ऑनलाइन प्रतिसाद सक्षम करते.

National Single Window System for Investors and Businesses Launched:

– NSWS will usher in Azadi from legacy of running to Govt. offices  for approvals and registrations

– NSWS would usher in Azadi from legacy of running to Govt. offices, i.e. Ease of doing business & Ease of living Azadi from paperwork, duplication & information asymmetry Azadi from Windows within Window.

– This would bring Transparency, Accountability & Responsiveness in the ecosystem  and all information will.be available on a single dashboard. An applicant  Dashboard would be there to apply, track & respond to queries.

– it was launched in July 2021.

NSWS provides following online services: –

– Know Your Approval (KYA) Service: an intelligent information wizard that generates a list of approvals required by any business to commence operations. It does so by asking the investor a series of dynamic questions about their planned business activities and identifies the applicable approvals basis the responses provided. The questionnaire, simple and user friendly on the surface, has a complex, automated logic built into it to sieve through hundreds of approvals, and shortlists only those relevant to the specific investor or entrepreneur. This service was launched on 21.07.2021 with over 500 approvals across 32 Central Departments and over 2000 approvals across 14 states. This service is only for guidance purposes and does not constitute any legal advice.

– Common Registration Form: To ensure a single point of submission of information and documents across Ministries and States, a unified information capturing system along with a common registration form has been introduced. Information is auto-populated on forms, eliminating the need to fill in the same information again.

– State registration form: Enables investor to have seamless single click access to respective State Single Window System.

– Applicant dashboard: Provides a single online interface to apply, track and respond to the queries pertaining to approvals and registrations across ministries and States.

– Document repository: An online centralized storage service for investors to enable one-time document submission and use the same across multiple approvals. This eliminates the need to submit documents at multiple portals.

– E-Communication module: Enables online response to queries and clarification requests related to applications by Ministries and States.

2. मिशन डिप्लॉय – आयएनएस तबार:

– मैत्रीपूर्ण राष्ट्रांसोबत लष्करी सहकार्य वाढवण्याच्या दिशेने, भारतीय नौदल जहाज INS तबार 13 जून 21 पासून तीन महिन्यांसाठी आंतरराष्ट्रीय पाण्यात मिशन-तैनात होते. तैनाती दरम्यान, तिने युरोप आणि आफ्रिकेच्या नऊ देशांमध्ये 11 पोर्ट कॉल केले, जवळपास 20,000 प्रवास केले समुद्री मैल.

– जहाजाने समुद्रात परदेशी नौदलांसोबत बारा सागरी भागीदारीचे aअभ्यासही केले. यामध्ये रॉयल नेव्हीसह अभ्यास कोंकण २१ आणि रशियन नौदलासह इंद्र-नेव्ही २१ अभ्यासाचा समावेश आहे.

– यातील काही सराव पहिल्या रचनेचे होते, जसे की रॉयल नॉर्वेजियन नेव्ही, अल्जेरियन नेव्ही आणि सूडानी नेव्ही.

– INS Tabar ने रशियाच्या सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग येथे रशियन नौदलाच्या 325 व्या वर्धापन दिन सोहळ्यात भाग घेतला, नौदल प्रमुख अॅडमिरल करमबीर सिंह यांनीही या कार्यक्रमाला हजेरी लावली.

MISSION DEPLOYED – INS TABAR:

– Towards enhancing military cooperation with friendly nations, Indian Naval Ship INS Tabar was mission-deployed in international waters for over three months from 13 June 21. During the deployment, she made 11 port calls in nine countries of Europe and Africa, traversing nearly 20,000 nautical miles.

– The ship also undertook twelve maritime partnership exercises with foreign navies at sea. These also included prominent bilateral exercises such as Exercise Konkan 21 with the Royal Navy and Exercise Indra-Navy 21 with the Russian Navy.

– A few of these exercises were maiden engagements, such as that with the Royal Norwegian Navy, the Algerian Navy and the Sudanese Navy.

– INS Tabar also participated in the 325th anniversary celebrations of the Russian Navy at St. Petersburg in Russia Admiral Karambir Singh, Chief of the Naval Staff, also attended the event.
