1. Indigenous Aircraft Carrier Vikrant:

Completion Of 4th Phase Of Sea Trials.

The fourth phase of Sea Trials for IAC has been successfully completed on 10 Jul 22, during which integrated trials of majority of equipment and systems onboard including some of the Aviation Facilities Complex equipment were undertaken. The ship’s delivery is being targeted in end Jul 22, followed by commissioning of the ship in Aug 22 to commemorate ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’.

The Indigenous design and construction of Aircraft Carrier by Indian Navy and Cochin Shipyard Ltd is a shining example in the Nation’s quest for ‘AatmaNirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Make in India Initiative’ with more than 76% indigenous content. This has led to growth in indigenous design and construction capabilities, besides development of large number of ancillary industries, with employment opportunities for over 2000 CSL personnel and about 12000 employees in ancillary industries.

Maiden Sea Trials of IAC were successfully completed in Aug 21. This was followed by second and third phases of Sea Trials in Oct 21 and Jan 22 respectively. During these three phases of Sea Trials, endurance testing of propulsion machinery, electrical & electronic suites, deck machinery, lifesaving appliances, ship’s Navigation and Communication systems was undertaken.

स्वदेशी विमानवाहू युद्धनौका विक्रांत:

सागरी चाचण्यांचा चौथा टप्पा पूर्ण.

विक्रांत या स्वदेशी विमानवाहू युद्धनौकेच्या सागरी चाचण्यांचा चौथा टप्पा 10 जुलै 22 रोजी यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण झाला, या दरम्यान हवाई वाहतूक सुविधा समन्वित उपकरणांसह बहुतांश उपकरणे आणि प्रणालींच्या एकात्मिक चाचण्या घेण्यात आल्या.जुलै ,22 च्या अखेरपर्यंत पर्यंत युद्धनौका नौदलाकडे सुपूर्द करण्याचे ध्येय ठेवण्यात आले आहे. आणि त्यानंतर स्वातंत्र्याच्या अमृत महोत्सवानिमित्त ऑगस्ट ,22 मध्ये ही युद्धनौका नौदलाच्या सेवेत औपचारिकरित्या दाखल होणार आहे.

भारतीय नौदल आणि कोचीन शिपयार्ड लिमिटेडने 76% पेक्षा जास्त स्वदेशी सामग्री वापरत केलेली या विमानवाहू जहाजाची स्वदेशी रचना आणि बांधणी हे ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ आणि ‘मेक इन इंडिया उपक्रम’ साठी देशातील संशोधनाचे एक चमकदार उदाहरण आहे.यामुळे मोठ्या प्रमाणात पूरक उद्योगांच्या विकासाबरोबरच,2000 हून अधिक कोचीन शिपयार्ड लिमिटेडच्या कर्मचार्‍यांना आणि पूरक उद्योगांमध्ये सुमारे 12000 कर्मचार्‍यांसाठी रोजगाराच्या संधी निर्माण होऊन रचना आणि बांधणी क्षमतांमध्ये वाढ झाली आहे.

स्वदेशी विमानवाहू युद्धनौका विक्रांतच्या पहिल्या टप्प्यातील सागरी चाचण्या 21 ऑगस्ट मध्ये यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण झाल्या. त्यानंतर सागरी चाचण्यांचा दुसरा आणि तिसरा टप्पा अनुक्रमे 21 ऑक्टोबर आणि 22 जानेवारीला पूर्ण झाला. सागरी चाचण्यांच्या या तीन टप्प्यांदरम्यान, परिचालन यंत्रसामग्री, इलेक्ट्रिकल आणि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सूट्स, डेक मशिनरी, जीवरक्षक उपकरणे, जहाजाची दिशादर्शक आणि दळणवळण प्रणालीची क्षमता चाचणी घेण्यात आली.

2. West Bengal gets Internet Exchange Points at Durgapur and Bardhaman:
   Two new Internet Exchange points (IXP) of NIXI at Durgapur and Bardhman were inaugurated on 10th of July 2022.

The launch of these Internet exchanges is under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Digital India vision to connect every Indian with open, safe & trusted and accountable internet and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology’s (MeitY) vision 1000 days.

Internet exchanges in states are expected to contribute to the enhancement and improvement of Internet and Broadband services in West Bengal and neighbouring regions, ISPs will benefit with improved internet services offered by them to its end users, bringing about a change in the lives of the people.

About NIXI:
NIXI is a not-for-profit organization under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, and was registered on 19th June, 2003. NIXI was set up for peering of ISPs among themselves for the purpose of routing the domestic traffic within the country, instead of taking it all the way to US/Abroad, thereby resulting in better quality of service (reduced latency) and reduced bandwidth charges for ISPs by saving on International Bandwidth. NIXI is managed and operated on a Neutral basis, in line with the best practices for such initiatives globally.

पश्चिम बंगालला दुर्गापूर आणि बार्दमन येथे इंटरनेट एक्सचेंज पॉईंट्स:
दुर्गापूर आणि बर्डमान येथील निक्सीचे दोन नवीन इंटरनेट एक्सचेंज पॉईंट्स (आयएक्सपी) चे 10 जुलै 2022 रोजी उद्घाटन झाले.

या इंटरनेट एक्सचेंजचे प्रक्षेपण पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींच्या डिजिटल इंडिया व्हिजनच्या अंतर्गत आहे जे प्रत्येक भारतीयांना मुक्त, सुरक्षित आणि विश्वासार्ह आणि जबाबदार इंटरनेट आणि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स आणि माहिती तंत्रज्ञानाचे (मेटी) व्हिजन 1000 दिवसांशी जोडले गेले आहे.

राज्यांमधील इंटरनेट एक्सचेंजने पश्चिम बंगाल आणि शेजारच्या प्रदेशात इंटरनेट आणि ब्रॉडबँड सेवांच्या वाढीसाठी आणि सुधारणेस हातभार लावण्याची अपेक्षा आहे, आयएसपींना त्यांच्या शेवटच्या वापरकर्त्यांद्वारे त्यांच्याद्वारे ऑफर केलेल्या सुधारित इंटरनेट सेवांचा फायदा होईल, ज्यामुळे लोकांच्या जीवनात बदल घडवून आणला जाईल. ?

निक्सी बद्दल:
निक्सी ही कंपनी अधिनियम २०१ of च्या कलम under अन्वये एक नफा न देणारी संस्था आहे आणि १ June जून, २०० on रोजी त्यांची नोंदणी झाली. निक्सी स्वत: साठी आयएसपीच्या पीअरिंगसाठी स्थापन करण्यात आली होती.

3. 22nd National Fish Farmers Day:
   National Fisheries Development Board, Union Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, celebrated the 22ndNational Fish Farmers Day today in a hybrid mode at NFDB Hyderabad. The program was graced virtually.
   More than 1000 fish farmers, aquapreneurs & fisher folks, professionals, officials and scientists from across the nation participated in the event. During the event.
   Nearly 30 States/UTs participated virtually in groups with more than 500 participants.

National Fish Farmer’s Day is celebrated on 10th July every year to demonstrate solidarity with all fisher folk, fish farmers and concerned stakeholders throughout the country. Every year, this annual event is celebrated to commemorate Professor Dr. Hiralal Chaudhury and his colleague Dr. Alikunhi for their contribution in achieving the successful induced breeding of major carps on 10th July,1957 at Angul in Odisha for the first time in the country through administration of carp pituitary hormone extract in the breeding of major carps. The technology was later on standardized and fine-tuned by developing synthetic hormone for quality seed production across the country. This pioneering work of induced breeding over the years has transformed the growth of aquaculture sector from traditional to intensive aquaculture practices and led to success of modern aquaculture industry.

The Government of India is in the forefront in transforming the fisheries sector and bring about economic revolution through Blue Revolution in the country. The sector envisioned to increase the farmers’ income through enhancement of production and productivity, improving the quality and reduction of waste.

Taking into account the Centrally Sponsored Scheme “Blue Revolution” – Integrated Development and Management of Fisheries which was launched in 2016 had made vital contributions towards the development of the sector and during 2020, Hon’ble Prime Minister launched the “Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) with a budget of over Rs. 20,050 crores for a period of five years. PMMSY aims to achieve fish production of 22 MMT from the current 13.76 MMT by 2024-25 and to create an additional employment opportunity to about 55 lakh people through this sector. Also the scheme provides thrust for infusing new and emerging technologies in fisheries and aquaculture while creating a conducive environment for private sector participation, development of entrepreneurship, business models, promotion of ease of doing business, innovations and innovative project activities including start-ups, incubators etc.

22 वा राष्ट्रीय मत्स्य शेतकरी दिन:
राष्ट्रीय मत्स्यव्यवसाय विकास मंडळ, केंद्रीय मत्स्यव्यवसाय, पशुसंवर्धन आणि दुग्धव्यवसाय मंत्रालयाने आज २२ वा राष्ट्रीय मत्स्य शेतकरी दिन NFDB हैदराबाद येथे संकरीत पद्धतीने साजरा केला. कार्यक्रमाची अक्षरश: कृपा झाली.
या कार्यक्रमात देशभरातील 1000 हून अधिक मत्स्य उत्पादक, मत्स्यप्रेमी आणि मच्छीमार लोक, व्यावसायिक, अधिकारी आणि शास्त्रज्ञ सहभागी झाले होते.

जवळपास 30 राज्ये/केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांनी 500 हून अधिक सहभागी असलेल्या गटांमध्ये अक्षरशः भाग घेतला.

देशभरातील सर्व मच्छिमार लोक, मत्स्यपालक आणि संबंधित भागधारकांसोबत एकता प्रदर्शित करण्यासाठी दरवर्षी 10 जुलै रोजी राष्ट्रीय मत्स्य शेतकरी दिन साजरा केला जातो. दरवर्षी, 10 जुलै 1957 रोजी ओडिशातील अंगुल येथे देशात प्रथमच प्रमुख कार्प्सचे यशस्वी प्रजनन साध्य करण्यात योगदान दिल्याबद्दल प्राध्यापक डॉ. हिरालाल चौधरी आणि त्यांचे सहकारी डॉ. अलीकुन्ही यांच्या स्मरणार्थ हा वार्षिक कार्यक्रम साजरा केला जातो. प्रमुख कार्प्सच्या प्रजननामध्ये कार्प पिट्यूटरी हार्मोन अर्कचे प्रशासन. देशभरात दर्जेदार बियाणे उत्पादनासाठी सिंथेटिक संप्रेरक विकसित करून हे तंत्रज्ञान नंतर प्रमाणित आणि सुरेख केले गेले. प्रेरित प्रजननाच्या या अग्रगण्य कामामुळे मत्स्यपालन क्षेत्राची वाढ पारंपारिक ते सघन मत्स्यपालन पद्धतींमध्ये बदलली आणि आधुनिक मत्स्यपालन उद्योगाला यश मिळाले.

मत्स्यव्यवसाय क्षेत्राचा कायापालट करण्यात आणि देशात ब्लू क्रांतीच्या माध्यमातून आर्थिक क्रांती घडवून आणण्यात भारत सरकार आघाडीवर आहे. उत्पादन आणि उत्पादकता वाढवणे, गुणवत्ता सुधारणे आणि कचरा कमी करणे याद्वारे शेतकऱ्यांचे उत्पन्न वाढविण्याची या क्षेत्राची कल्पना आहे.

केंद्र प्रायोजित योजना “ब्लू रिव्होल्यूशन” – 2016 मध्ये सुरू करण्यात आलेल्या मत्स्यव्यवसायाचा एकात्मिक विकास आणि व्यवस्थापनाचा विचार करून या क्षेत्राच्या विकासासाठी महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिले आणि 2020 मध्ये, माननीय पंतप्रधानांनी “प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना” (PMMSY) रु. 20,050 कोटी पेक्षा जास्त बजेटसह. पाच वर्षांच्या कालावधीसाठी सुरू केली. PMMSY चे 2024-25 पर्यंत सध्याच्या 13.76 MMT वरून 22 MMT मत्स्य उत्पादन साध्य करणे आणि या क्षेत्राद्वारे सुमारे 55 लाख लोकांना अतिरिक्त रोजगार संधी निर्माण करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट आहे. तसेच ही योजना मत्स्यव्यवसाय आणि मत्स्यपालन क्षेत्रात नवीन आणि उदयोन्मुख तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि खाजगी क्षेत्राच्या सहभागासाठी अनुकूल वातावरण निर्माण करण्यासाठी, उद्योजकतेचा विकास, व्यवसाय मॉडेल्स, व्यवसाय करण्याच्या सुलभतेला प्रोत्साहन, नवकल्पना आणि स्टार्ट-अप्स, इनक्यूबेटर इ. नाविन्यपूर्ण प्रकल्प उपक्रमांसाठी भर देते.
