@Snehal, you can start preparation right now and can appear in MPSC exam in your TY. You can choose to prepare for MPSC Rajyaseva, STI, Asst, PSI and UPSC Civil Services (IAS/IPS, etc).

@Mahesh, you should take print outs of the syllabus and then go to the book shop where Engg books are sold. Compare the Indexes of those books with the MPSC syllabus and then buy the specific books. Since we do not have any experience with MPSC Engg Services exam, we are unable to assist you in this matter.
