@Venky, yes, we will start the test series around 10th Sep. Not yet calculated the cut offs for UPSC Prelims.
Sir I want to know that is their any special reservation for handicap person who is already come in reservation category
@Sandeep, since past couple of years, MPSC started giving benefits of ONLY one category. But UPSC gives you benefits of both the categories.

@Eesha, you should explore “Result” sub-menu under “MPSC Rajyaseva”. If not, then refer the results on MPSC website.
GOOD MORNING SIR
MYSELF NIKHIL JAWALKAR, I HAVE SCORED 190 MARKS AND BELONGS TO SC CATEGORY BUT MY ROLL NO. IS NOT IN THE LIST
@Nikhil, very sad. Please contact MPSC office.
Good Afternoon,
Dear Sir,
This is my first time to appear on mpsc so sir i have 2 questions
1) Is there any minimum cut off marks for each paper and if there is please tell me.
2) How much negative marks is there for each wrong answer & what will be good score for general category in prelimnary.
Thanking you Sir,
Awaiting for ur feedback
Regards,
Deepak Singh Parihar
@Deepak, 1) combined cut off. 2) Plz refer this: https://anilmd.wordpress.com/mpsc-rajyaseva/mpsc-rajyaseva-prelims/how-to-calculate-total-score-after-negative-marking/
Sir,
Many websites are showing cut off of 300+, but here it is shown 120-140, it is for single paper or both?
and whether should i trust other websites or not?
@Sagar, you must check those websites if they are showing it for Prelims or Mains. What I had mentioned was for Prelims that includes both papers.
hello sir, myself Kalpesh, going to appear for MPSC. There are 2 papers of 200 marks for prelim. Is there any minimum score for individual paper to cover in preliminary. Or its calculated combined score only for cut off calculation ?
@Kalpesh, combined score is taken for cut off.
Namaste sir,
when you first time predicted the cut off it was 145-150(Gen. category) but after the announcement of Answer key you revised it & there is a sudden decline of 10 marks. As per my experience this years GS paper was too objective & easy as compare to last year which was too much analytical. then how come cut off could be almost same as last year?
@Praveen, it is based on the survey as well as interactions with many candidates. My calculation may go wrong.
Having 140.02 obc category … Was thinking of completely shifting my focus from Upsc to mpsc … I have 2 questions 1) is it a dependable score to take this risk ( or to wait until final result comes but that will cost 2 more months in mpsc/ Upsc dilemma ) and 2) is it possible to cover complete mpsc mains syllabus in coming 5 months (for first time preparations of mpsc mains ) ? … Pls do guide ..
@Ninad, until result is declared, you need to maintain your balance between preparation of both exams (refer similar subjects/topic) till result is out. Devote 10-12 hrs everyday for 5 months.
I am sc female …only 2 attempts i have…2016 is the last. M worried bcos I have scored less.
As per ans key released by mpsc I scored 102…score is reduced as compared with last year(I was passed in pre n mains both)
Is there any chances of passing.
I am too much worried sir….u always guide me. Now I really want a true opinion from you.
Pls sir…..try to text me asap.
Thanks sir.
@Shweta, please check back tomorrow when I revise the cut offs. Keep your preparation ON for Mains.
Is there any chances of cancelation of questions?
Also if post increases to 400 to 450 is there any chance of getting through?
@Shweta, you stand a chance, keep preparing for Mains. Good luck.
are these expected cut off marks
@Pinks, these are expected only and would be revised day after tomorrow after recalculation based on the Answer keys.
Sir,
Mpsc has not declared about increased vacancies to 300. From where did you get this info? Pls
@Prashant, this is an assumption.
