Hi Friends,
Here is the minimum passing marks requirement. Everyone needs to get them to qualify for being considered for Cut Offs:

Here is the expected Cut Offs list for all papers. This is my personal view and NOT official list from MPSC. You should carefully compare your score with this list.
Please DO NOT put individual queries about cut offs, such queries will be deleted.
I personally feel that one must get these marks to be eligible for Interview:
NOTE: After considering the so called popular sentiment (as suggested by many candidates), I have revised the cut-offs.
My aim is NOT to discourage anyone so throw away your worries and keep preparing for Interview 2012 and also for MPSC RS Prelims 2013. You can’t take any chances, right?
Due to very low performance by large number of candidates, MPSC may re-consider (only for 2012 exam) the minimum passing marks or adjust their Cut Offs level to accommodate required number of candidates for Interview. Then my calculation will definitely be WRONG!!!

Anil Sir, Why there is no cut off list for open category candidates in SS 2012 mains officially declared result. Please clarify.
@Rupesh, successful candidates from Open and other categories (except NTC NTD and OBC) are not more than 3 times of allotted vacancies so there is no cut off for those categories.
Sir,
In case of paper 3 total 11 questions means approximately 8% of questions were cancelled. If they reduce the cutoff then it will be 55.6 at 40% and 62.55 for 45%. But this may become unjust to a candidate who has 54 marks may have passed the exam if all questions would have correct. so if MPSC gives full marks to all students then it will be fair compitition.
What is your opinion on this sir?
@Swapnil, the method of calculation in such cases is NOT declared by MPSC. My opinion doesn’t matter. I would rather expect that MPSC gives marks to all candidates for all the cancelled questions.
is there different cut offs for each n every paper?
means one have to secure minimum passing marks or above cut off in each paper?
@Dilip, no, cut-offs are taken as total marks. I have posted the marks to help you calculate your own score.
ok, thanks for ur reply.
sir,
i would like to know that which books should i prefer for mpsc rajyaseva?
@yuvraj,you can find the list in our eProspectus: http://anilmd.com/eprospectus/
is it necessary to join classes for rajyaseva exam??there is a little bit confussion regarding the application to such exam in my mind…when would i be able to join classes, after completing graduation or at the time of last year???
@Rohini, you should prepare for the exam at least 1 year before Prelims so you should start right now. Joining class is your decision. If you need very professional guidance, join our PGP that can be completed from your home itself. Here are details: http://anilmd.com/courses/

I’m waiting to hearing from u
@Gorakh, no such disparity exists at the time of selection. All are given equal opportunity. Yes, you can go for MPSC Rajyaseva Prelims 2013 but to be eligible for Mains ( in case you clear the Prelims) your final result of B Com should be declared by the last date of filling up online form for Rajyaseva Mains (it is in May 2013).
sir
if someone get 440/800 (4 gs +marathi+eng) in mpsc mains ,what strategy should he follows for interview.i.e what number of marks in interview should he required for sureshot selection (class 1)

@Anil, top rankers get the Class I posts so it depends on the performance of the candidates in total. Soon I will be posting an article about Interview (everything about it as well as the score).

RAJESH SANGLE
Cut off for handicapped
@Dattatraya, there would be a margin of 10 to 15 marks for PH compared to Open category.
SIR
I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER T YOUR EXPECTED CUT OFF REMAIN SAME AFTER DECLARATION OF FIRST KEY BY MPSC
@Anil, yes, but actual Cut off list may be lower than my list.
i would like to know one thing which is whether after clearing their minimum marks criteria will the student need to clear this bencjmarks as well meaning if a student scores above 45% in all papers and has good overall score but doesn’t meet the criteria of individual cut-off, would he be barred from the interview?
@SRK, maximum 3 times (candidates) of the vacancies are called for Interview so if one doesn’t come within this number then (s)/he will not be called for Interview. The cut off for each category is set considering the performance of the candidates for the same category and top scorers from each category are considered for Interview. For example, there are 433 vacancies for Rajyaseva 2012 so number of candidates to be called for Interview could be between 866 – 1299 (2 to 3 times the vacancies allotted for each category).
