    sir, write now i m persuing 3rd year of computer engg. i want to become an IAS officer with all india rank between 1-10. sir if i give prelim in 2015(that tme i m in last year of engg). and if i m clear the prelim nd after taking 1 year to study nd give mains then mujhe us tme prelim fir se deni padegi kya?…what i can do sir? plz help me

    Hello again i want to know the NCERT Books list for UPSC and MPSC i am very confuse about the books. I search on various websites but i am very confuse sir about the standards. Right now i am reading Maharshtra state books.
