MPSC has proved Me Right

Dear Friends

This year, after declaring the Rajyaseva Prelims result, MPSC has proved that I am right in my views and guidance.

Since beginning, I have been suggesting aspirants to be prepared for the worst and the worst is here. The MPSC Main Exam is here on your doorstep, on 25th Sep 2010. There are only 22 days left for the Main exam and DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE FOR IT?

Simply NO!!!

I had been suggesting all MPSC aspirants to prepare/study for the Main exam FIRST and not Prelims, right? As per my suggestion/guidance, an aspirant should complete his/her complete syllabus of Main exam even before Prelims exam is conducted, i.e. complete all syllabus of Main exam before the Prelims exam is held so that you are READY for anything.

Remember my words and the old saying  “Time and Tide waits for None!!!”

Hundreds of  aspirants had been asking me as to why they should prepare for Main exam before Prelims….and here is the answer. Those who have not studied for Mains are in a fix now. They can’t complete about 40 books within 22 days.

So, my sincere advice for the aspirants of MPSC Exam 2011 is to start immediately for the Mains preparation….right NOW.

You will have to plan your 1 year’s (not 1 year…exactly 8 months are in your hand from now onwards) study of about 40+ books, few magazines and journals, newspapers, etc.

Reasons for failure in the Prelims exam

  • major reason for failure of maximum aspirants is : Depending upon 1 or 2 books. You should study about 40-50 books, magazines.
  • not being able to cover every topic well in time.
  • ignorance of the examination process
  • failure to complete Main exam syllabus before Prelims exam
  • not referring to suitable study material
  • referring to ready made notes. Ready made notes are injurious to your performance in the exam.
  • improper planning (To plan your study, refer to MPSC Success Mantra – The Complete Manual)
  • no serious preparation
  • unawareness of important issues of the preparation methods
  • non- preparation of self-made notes
  • failure to revise topics in time
  • failure to understand the importance of mock tests

@Sagar, eProspectus doesn’t mean study material, ok? You need to refer 40 t0 50 books minimum for Rajyaseva and 30 to 40 books for PSI. The list of books is available in respective eProspectus. Rajyaseva abd PSI exams have different syllabus.
